The rate card is what open-ended work costs. The packages above are fixed scope and fixed price, which means no meter running and no surprise at the end of the month. Most businesses are better off with a package, and we will tell you honestly which one you are.

A Word On State Funding
South Dakota has run cost-share programs that reimburse part of what AI adoption costs an employer. When a program is open and you qualify, the state pays part of the invoice. Nothing above moves because of it.
Program status, current as of September 3, 2026. The Department of Labor and Regulation's AI Adoption Workforce Funding Category 1 application window closed August 7. The Workforce Development Council acted on the filed applications August 25, and DLR moved award notifications from September 1 to September 4, sent by email to every applicant regardless of outcome. The Category 2 follow-on window is confirmed open through November 12 for Category 1 awardees, and funded training has to be completed by June 30, 2027.
Employers choose their own consultant and get reimbursed. There is no pre-approved vendor list.
